Qibao MixC Park Office Campus

Qibao MixC Park connects 5 buildings of corporate campus to surrounding park system. By inviting the green into the site via streets, it creates the landscape highlight of space in the central plaza, bringing the relaxing green atmosphere to visitors. By expressing the spirit of collaboration as inter-locked linkage and stacked growth, interesting interlocking of pavement and plantings, various stacking methods of features and various pocket gardens in the inner street and the periphery of the building are created for outdoor business meeting and social spaces. The sunken plaza aims to be an artistic space that responds to the transparent main lobby, extending its spatial experience from indoor to outdoor. The raised water basin podium, a small waterfall, and the trees planted in the central podium in sunken plaza create a dramatic landscape that is both static and dynamic, and horizontal and vertical.
